Plans and pricing
Start on the Free plan and sell straight away. When you need more products, channels, scheduled posts, AI or storage, or want more exposure on the marketplace, upgrade to a paid plan for a day, a week, a month or a year. Every plan and its price is shown in your dashboard under Settings › Billing before you pay. Plans never renew without your say-so, and SMA takes no commission on your sales.

How much does it cost?
You can open a shop on the Free plan and start selling straight away. Paid plans add more products, more social channels, scheduled posts, AI allowances and storage, and give your products more exposure on the marketplace. Plans are paid per period (for example monthly), you can see every plan in your dashboard before you pay, and they do not renew automatically.
SMA takes no commission on your sales.
How do I get paid?
Shoppers pay you directly, the way you choose: cash on delivery, mobile money, bank transfer or payment on collection. SMA never touches the money from your sales, so there are no payout delays or deductions.
What do I get?
Your own online shop with its own address and a design you can customise, a place on the SMA marketplace, an orders inbox with order and enquiry notifications, product reviews from verified buyers, flash sales, visitor analytics, and tools to post your products to your social channels automatically, with AI help writing captions.
Do I have to deliver?
You decide how you deliver: your own riders, a courier, bus parcel services or pickup. Tell shoppers your delivery options and fees, and deliver within the time you promise.
How do I get the verified badge?
SMA staff award the verified badge to shops whose identity and business details we have checked. Complete your shop profile with your real business name, phone number and location, then contact us to ask for verification.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on the Pro plan and above. Connect a domain you own (such as yourshop.com) from your dashboard, under a separate domain subscription.
What can I sell?
Anything legal and safe to sell in Ghana that you have the right to sell. Some items are not allowed at all, and some, such as food, cosmetics and medicines, need the right registrations or licences.
