What happens after I order?
The shop confirms, you pay the shop directly, and you can follow each order.
- 1You get an order number for each shop straight away.
- 2The shop contacts you, usually on WhatsApp or by phone, to confirm stock, delivery and payment.
- 3Pay the shop directly (cash on delivery, mobile money, or as you agree). Selpup never asks you to pay it for a product.
- 4Follow the order under My orders, or with the order number on the shop's Track order page.
